he Challenge You Help Reverse

In Kenya’s rural, dryland, and slum regions, most small businesses never survive. Ninety-five out of every one hundred collapse within weeks or months because entrepreneurs—especially young women—lack training, mentorship, and access to resources.

The impact is devastating:

• Starting capital is lost.
• Potential jobs disappear.
• Families sink deeper into poverty.
• Children drop out of school.

Yet, there is hope. With the right support, women can run sustainable businesses, create jobs, and uplift entire communities. Civicom Aid’s Entrepreneurs Pathway Program equips 20 women each year to start or strengthen their businesses—together creating at least 100 jobs annually. To make this possible, we are raising USD 10,000.

Your Role as a Partnerships Ambassador

As a Partnerships Ambassador, you will be the bridge connecting this program with donors and partners who can bring it to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential supporters: individuals, corporations, foundations, nonprofits, and faith groups.
• Build and maintain accurate contact lists.
• Link supporters directly with the program at https://civicom.org/entrepreneurs-pathway/

Expected Outcomes

Through your efforts:

• At least one donor or partner is connected with Civicom Aid’s Entrepreneurs Pathway Program.
• Women entrepreneurs gain access to training, mentorship, and resources.
• Communities grow stronger as jobs and income opportunities are created.
