    Research Assistants

    We are seeking dedicated Volunteer Research Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various research projects and contribute to the advancement of our student-led organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant information
    • Assist with all stages of the review, including article screening, data extraction, and synthesis of information
    • Help coordinate research activities
    • Participate in online team meetings

    Experience:

    The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines
    • Strong communication and writing skills
    • Familiarity with various research methodologies
    • Experience with conducting scoping/systematic reviews are recommended but not required

    Your contribution to a project will typically involve:

    a) Screening studies for eligibility based on inclusion/exclusion criteria

    b) Data extraction from selected studies

    c) Data analysis and synthesis

    d) Writing the review and contributing to specific sections

    CRediT Contributor Role Taxonomy will be followed for authorship, and everyone who contributes to the project will be appropriately acknowledged.
