Description
Sunday, April 26 from 9:30am to 2:30pm.
Brookside Gardens is celebrating Earth Month on April 26. We are seeking engaging volunteers to assist with children's activity booths and interact with the public. We will be exploring the science and art of sustainability through child-driven projects, plantings, and activities. Volunteers will help set-up and clean-up activity materials and event spaces. Volunteers will also assist children during hands-on activities such as potting a plant, crafting, watercolor painting, science-based investigations, and others.
Volunteers must be available for the whole five-hour shift. Lunch included.
