    Description

    Role Description:

    Hearth’s Olmsted Green residence is seeking a detail-oriented volunteer to provide administrative support. The Administrative Volunteer will assist staff with day-to-day office tasks, technology needs, and recordkeeping that help our programs run smoothly.

    What you’ll do:

    • Support staff with filing, organizing, and data entry
    • Assist with technology-related tasks (emails, spreadsheets, online tools)
    • Provide general administrative help as needed

    Skills Needed:

    • Proficiency with technology and basic office software
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Comfort working in an administrative/office setting
    • Reliability and ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule

    Commitment Details:

    A few hours each week, during weekday daytime hours. Schedule is flexible within standard business hours.

    Volunteer Requirements:

    All Hearth volunteers must complete a CORI background check and provide proof of current COVID and flu vaccinations.
