Description
Take Trips MES wants you!
What will you do?: Assist the HR manager on day to day administrative task of the organizations: scheduling, timesheets, and communicating professionally and effectively, and more.
Qualificiations:
- Candidate should have good communication and listening skills. Able to work with a team for time and timesheets, monitor individual who are on shift.
- Create/help with financial spreadsheet, create call letters for potential donors.
- Candidate must be able to multitask, as well as be a team player and leader.
Requirements:
- Eager individual with strong organization and leadership skills
- HR passionate
- People orientated
- Readily available and or flexible to assist and adapt to given tasks and procedures
- Strong communicator
