Position Type: Event Team Volunteers
Time Commitment: Flexible, Part-time depending on scheduled events

About Us
The Well of Mercy is a nonprofit, transitional housing program providing safe, stable housing and a pathway to independence for women and their children in Chicago for up to five years.
What You'll Do
Help make our events successful and fun! Opportunities include:
Community Events & Pop-Up Shop
- Setup, decorating, and greeting guests
- Managing donations, volunteers and coordinating event flow
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere
Annual Fundraising Gala (Next Date TBC!)
- Event planning and prep work (leading up to the gala)
- Day-of support: welcoming guests, signing in donors, guiding seating
- Brief training at 5pm on Gala night; no previous experience required
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, reliable people who enjoy events
- Availability for approx. 3-6 hours per event
- Team players with positive energy
