As Veterans Day approaches, there’s no better time to give back to those who’ve served our country. Join NPower in empowering transitioning military veterans and young adults as they begin their journey into the tech industry through our acclaimed technology training program.

Transforming lives can be as simple as dedicating just 30 minutes a week.

Become a mentor to a veteran or young adult and help them build the skills, confidence, and direction they need to succeed in the tech field.

Mentoring isn't just about giving back—it’s an opportunity for personal and professional growth. As a mentor, you'll serve as a guiding light, offering insights into workplace dynamics, sharing your career journey, and helping mentees identify and achieve their aspirations. Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience
• Interest in supporting untapped talent from low to moderate income communities
• A sincere desire to develop and uplift others
• Proactive communication and correspondence
• Strong listening and writing skills

NPowerMATCH is NPower’s virtual mentoring program, built to bring meaningful connection, career support, and encouragement to students and alumni. In less than an hour a week, you can help change someone’s life.

Mentoring Sessions

Focused on the mentee’s career development needs, confidence-building, and their transition into a tech career.

Volunteer Commitment

• 16 weeks supporting one mentee
• Less than 30 minutes a week or 1–2 hours a month connecting with NPower students and alumni
