    Description

    The Local Leadership Board plays a pivotal role in the success and impact of the Arthritis Foundation. Local Leadership Boards are designed to be externally focused and driven to support implementation of both nationwide strategies and Massachusetts priorities to further the mission of the Arthritis Foundation. Board members strategically lead the organization’s community engagement and fundraising efforts to maximize the strengths of staff and open doors to partners across your community.

    Local Leadership Board members serve for 2 years and can renew 2x for 6 years maximum term. Local Leadership Boards are continuously growing and learning how to better serve the community. We are looking for Leaders across Massachusetts to grow the reach of the Arthritis Foundation and implement the strategic direction over the next five years.
