Are you looking for a way to give back to the community without leaving your house? Join FISH of Lexington, a volunteer-run organization that has been helping our neighbors stay healthy and independent for over 50 years! We are looking for Phone Coordinators (Phoners) to help us coordinate medical transportation for Lexington MA residents.

    Instructions:

What you’ll do: Retrieve ride requests from our answering service and call our dedicated volunteer drivers to match them with a neighbor’s medical appointment.

Where you’ll be: Anywhere! This role is 100% remote. You can coordinate rides from your home, a coffee shop, or your backyard.

The Commitment: Just one afternoon per month. Most phoners spend only 2–3 hours on their assigned day. On occasion a short call may extend to the evening if an assigned driver hasn't gotten back to you.
