    Description

    Come chat with a Pal

    Create a new connection!

Humans are social beings. Staying socially connected is often just as important for us as eating, sleeping, and physical activity and it is proven to generate positive health outcomes both mentally and physically. Our Chat Pals program is designed to be a support system, which hopes to provide emotional support and companionship to people in our community - with the intention to increase our communities overall health and well-being.

    Come Chat with a Pal!

We are seeking volunteers to meet our increased demand for this service- you would reach out on a weekly basis to chat and provide meaningful conversation with an older adult.

Chat Pals is available FREE for participants age 55+ and is telephone and video-based (FaceTime/Zoom). We match you with like-minded people that have shared interests and experiences so that friendships can be formed.

If you know someone who could benefit from this program, please share.
