    Description

    Role Overview

    Support Oaks of Hope International in amplifying its mission to equip organizations serving girls and women impacted by human trafficking, abuse, addiction, and hopelessness. Help communicate stories of healing, hope, and transformation through compelling media and marketing content.

    Responsibilities

    • Content Creation: Develop visual and written content (social posts, graphics, short videos, newsletters) that reflect stories of resilience and transformation.
    • Social Media Management: Curate and schedule posts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Monitor engagement and promote dialogue respectfully and compassionately.
    • Website & Email Campaigns: Refresh website content and design email newsletters to share impact updates, events, and fundraising campaigns.
    • Storytelling Initiatives: Interview program participants and partner organizations to craft inspiring narratives aligned with Oaks of Hope’s core values.
    • Brand Consistency: Ensure all messaging and visuals align with the organization's tone of dignity, compassion, excellence, and hope.
    • Analytics & Recommendations: Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to enhance reach and engagement.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Passion for uplifting women and girls and promoting holistic wellness through creativity.
    • Experience or interest in marketing, storytelling, digital communications, or design (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
    • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills with high attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
    • Ability to work collaboratively, uphold high-quality standards, and embrace empathy and dignity in storytelling.

    Time Commitment & Location

    • Approximately 10 –20 hours/week, flexible schedule. Some evening/weekend availability for events or launches is encouraged.
    • Fully remote (U.S. candidates).
