    About Us

    TTMES is a New York-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for at-risk youth, with a focus on supporting communities of color. Our mission is to prevent recidivism and incarceration through education, mentorship, and advocacy. We are passionate about empowering young individuals to build brighter futures, and we need a talented Graphic Designer to help visually communicate our mission.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content for our advocacy campaigns, social media, website, and print materials. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas to engage our audience and help amplify our impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design high-quality graphics for print and digital media

    • Create engaging social media thumbnails and visual content

    • Develop website graphics and layout designs

    • Design PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials

    • Collaborate with our team to ensure brand consistency

    • Utilize creativity to visually represent advocacy campaigns

    • Stay updated on design trends and best practices

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and PowerPoint

    • Experience in website content creation and design

    • Strong creativity and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals

    • A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

    • Passion for social justice and working with advocacy organizations is a plus
