    About Greater IMPACT Church:

Greater IMPACT Church is a Christ-centered ministry committed to sharing the love, truth, and transforming power of Jesus Christ. Grounded in the Word of God, we exist to impact lives, strengthen families, and build a faith-filled community that reflects God’s love in action.

We believe the Holy Bible—both Old and New Testaments—is the inspired and accurate Word of God. Our faith is centered on Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who came to earth, lived a sinless life, died for our sins, and rose again so that all who believe in Him may receive forgiveness, salvation, and eternal life.

At Greater IMPACT Church, we value faith, unity, service, and spiritual growth. We believe in the work of the Holy Spirit, the importance of baptism, and the active role of the Five-Fold Ministry in equipping believers and strengthening the Church. We are passionate about creating an environment where people can grow in their relationship with Christ, discover their purpose, and serve others with excellence.

Those who join our team—whether in a staff or volunteer role—become part of a mission-driven church family dedicated to living out biblical truth, walking in love, and making a lasting impact in our community and beyond.

    Overview:

Be the First Connection That Leads to Life Change!

Every Sunday, new guests experience Greater IMPACT Church for the first time — and you could be the friendly voice that helps them feel seen, valued, and invited to take their next step in faith.

As a Follow-Up Coordinator, you’ll reach out to first-time guests, pray for them, and encourage them to consider joining an IMPACT Group, Anchor Group, or exploring baptism. You’ll help people move from simply watching to actively growing in their relationship with Jesus.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Following up with new guests through email or phone to welcome and encourage them.
    • Praying with or for guests as they begin their faith journey.
    • Inviting guests to explore next steps such as joining a group or baptism.
    • Tracking follow-ups and communicating with ministry leaders.
    • Representing the heart and mission of Greater IMPACT Church with warmth and care.

    What You Bring:

    • A committed follower of Jesus who loves connecting with people.
    • Friendly, compassionate, and a good communicator.
    • Organized and dependable.
    • Comfortable using email, text, or online communication tools.
    • Excited to make an eternal difference from wherever you are!

Why You’ll Love Serving with Us

    • Make a meaningful spiritual impact — every connection matters.
    • Serve from anywhere with a flexible schedule.
    • Be part of a passionate, purpose-driven online ministry.
    • Grow your leadership, communication, and ministry skills.
