Enjoy a true sense of accomplishment in this position by completing tasks to help maintain daily function of the Talking Book and Braille Library. Over 4,700 Oregonians currently use the Talking Book and Braille Library as their connection to the world. Over 1,000 books each day go out on cartridges customized to those users’ preferences. Organization, repetition, and basic materials maintenance is the name of the game. Critical services like these help maintain our commitment to print-disabled communities throughout Oregon, allowing us to efficiently circulate audio books to those in need.
Training is provided onsite by longtime members of the Talking Book and Braille Library staff and no experience is required. Consider joining our Talking Book and Braille Library family, so that all may read!
