Volunteer Youth Soccer Coach

KLM Soccer Club is a community-based, non-profit organization offering soccer programs for boys and girls ages 3–17 and is run almost entirely by volunteers and is committed to inclusion and accessibility, ensuring all youth can play, regardless of financial circumstances.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic volunteer coaches for our Fall 2025 season (September to December).

What You'll Do:

• • Coach youth players aged 4–13 (age group selection based on your comfort level)
  • Volunteer under the supervision and guidance of our Player Development Team
  • Assist a staff coach in leading 1 session per week (approx. 75 minutes)

  • Valuable experience in coaching, leadership, and community engagement

Qualifications

• • Passion for working with young athletes and fostering a positive soccer experience. (Prior coaching experience in youth soccer is preferred but not required).
  • Ability to commute to and from practices and games
  • First Aid & CPR certification (preferred).
  • Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (mandatory before starting).
  • Good communication and leadership skills
