    Position Summary

The Admin Support & Outreach Specialist manages participant intake and case records in Salesforce, coordinates volunteer tutor recruitment, and serves as the first point of contact for organizational inquiries. You’ll streamline operations so our educators and program leaders can focus on serving learners.

    Key Responsibilities

      • Record and update participant and volunteer profiles in Salesforce
      • Conduct case intake interviews and maintain case-management notes
      • Recruit, onboard, and track volunteer tutors; schedule orientations and match tutors with learners
      • Respond to general email inquiries and direct requests to appropriate team members
      • Generate weekly reports on new cases, volunteer hours, and inquiry resolution
      • Support leadership with ad hoc administrative tasks (e.g., calendar invites, document preparation)

    Qualifications

      • 1–2 years of administrative or case-management experience, ideally in nonprofit or social-service settings
      • Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; strong data-entry accuracy
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage sensitive information with discretion
      • Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, part-time role (8–12 hours/week)

    Commitment & Compensation

      • 8–12 hours per week, remote-friendly with occasional check-ins
      • Competitive pay: $18–22/hour, commensurate with experience
      • 3- to 6-month initial engagement, with potential extension

    Why You’ll Love It

      • Play a pivotal role in empowering ESL learners by keeping operations seamless
