    Description

Help Our Scatter-Brained Executive Director Stay on Task (Seriously.)

If you love structure, live for a good to-do list, and take genuine satisfaction in helping a mission-driven organization run smoothly, then keep reading!

Seeds of Impact is seeking a highly organized, task-oriented, borderline bossy professional to help the passionate, scatter-brained Executive Director stay organized, on task, and effective at running and growing the organization.

This role is for the person who thrives on bringing order to chaos, loves checking boxes, and isn’t afraid to remind the boss what’s due (and when). You’ll keep projects moving, manage calendars, handle communication and follow-ups, and make sure the small stuff doesn’t slip through the cracks—because around here, the small stuff adds up to big impact.

You’ll work closely with our Executive Director to support operations, events, donor communication, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-obsessed, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. If you love systems, deadlines, color-coded spreadsheets, and turning ideas into action, we want to hear from you.

At Seeds of Impact, we help moms in recovery break unhealthy cycles and build strong, healthy families. This position plays a critical role in keeping that mission alive and thriving—one email, task, and to-do list at a time.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage calendars, schedules, and task lists for the Executive Director.
    • Keep communication organized — track follow-ups, emails, and reminders.
    • Assist with events, volunteer coordination, and program logistics.
    • Maintain organized digital files, documents, and systems (Google Drive, Monday.com, etc.).
    • Support donor and sponsor follow-up, thank-you notes, and tracking.
    • Anticipate needs and help projects stay on track.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

    • Love structure, systems, and staying one step ahead.
    • Are comfortable managing details while seeing the bigger picture.
    • Have experience with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or project management platforms.
    • Communicate clearly and confidently — and don’t mind reminding the boss what’s due.
    • Are dependable, flexible, and motivated by meaningful work.
    • Believe in the mission of Seeds of Impact and want to make a tangible difference behind the scenes.

    What You’ll Gain

    • A front-row seat to the growth of a dynamic nonprofit doing life-changing work.
    • Real-world experience in nonprofit operations, leadership, and project management.
    • The joy of knowing your organization skills are helping moms and families rebuild their lives.
    • The eternal appreciation of one very grateful (and slightly frazzled) Executive Director.
