    Do you want to help connect those in need with the resources they are looking for? Look no further! Be a Call Center Volunteer today!

    We are looking for patient and caring individuals to help us call back those who leave us messages looking for assistance. Our Call Center Volunteers help connect our neighbors with our resources as well as others in the community. They also fill out applications for furniture, rent, and utility assistance over the phone for those who cannot make it to our Outreach Center to fill out an application in person. Our volunteers try their best to tell the person's story second-hand, in hopes that they will be accepted for the assistance.

    Many of our neighbors we serve are also looking for someone to talk to. Sometimes we can't help a situation, and they still thank us before hanging up, just because we took the time to listen to their story.

    You can be that person for someone today!

    Our Outreach Center is located on 1146 Bank St, 45214. We do have a free gated lot across the street from our center that volunteers can park in.
