    Position Summary:

As the Social Media & Digital Outreach Coordinator, you will be the digital voice of the ministry. Your role is to communicate the message of hope, revival, and transformation across social platforms with authenticity and consistency. You will help cultivate an online presence that reflects the heartbeat of the ministry and draws others into the movement God is birthing here.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation:
    • Create engaging, relevant, and inspiring content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube (shorts or full sermons/events).
    • Scheduling & Posting:
    • Use scheduling tools to maintain a consistent posting rhythm (at least 3x per week minimum).
    • Graphic Design & Video Editing:
    • Utilize templates or editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools) to craft visual content including scripture posts, promo reels, event flyers, and testimonies.
    • Engagement:
    • Monitor messages, comments, and tags; respond to DMs and comments in a loving, timely way that reflects the ministry’s voice.
    • Analytics Tracking:
    • Track basic metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, reporting monthly with suggestions for improvement.
    • Campaign Support:
    • Help design and execute digital campaigns for events, prayer nights, community outreach, or special offerings.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Passionate about Jesus and the mission of revival.
    • Creative, with a good eye for design and understanding of social trends.
    • Strong communicator and storyteller—digitally and spiritually.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
    • Familiar with social platforms and basic editing tools.
    • Willing to grow alongside a ministry that’s just getting started—but headed somewhere big.

    This Role Matters Because:

Our online voice is often the first church service people ever experience. You're not just posting graphics—you’re planting seeds of revival, stirring curiosity about Jesus, and building a space where people feel seen, valued, and invited into transformation.
