    BOARD MEMBER RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

    Now Recruiting 3 New Board Members

    Franklin County, Ohio

    We are seeking three highly functional, committed, and experienced nonprofit leaders to join our Board of Directors in the following roles:

    Vice President

    Secretary

    Treasurer

    Extra: volunteer

    Website designer

    This is a working board opportunity for individuals ready to roll up their sleeves and help strengthen and scale a growing community-focused nonprofit.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

    Applicants must meet all of the following:

    • Minimum 5 years of residency in Franklin County, Ohio

    Proven nonprofit experience

    • Prior board service experience (Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, or equivalent leadership role)
    • No criminal offenses
    • Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-functioning, accountable board environment
    • Willingness to commit 6 months to 1 year of active volunteer service

    Strong commitment to:

    • Attending scheduled board meetings
    • Participating in events and community outreach
    • Supporting organizational governance and compliance

    PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Strong preference for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
    • Fundraising and donor engagement
    • Grant writing and grant management
    • Website design and digital presence (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar)
    • Strategic planning and nonprofit growth
    • Financial oversight and budgeting (especially for Treasurer role)
