    Description

    Creative Arts Leader
    • Skills Needed:
      • Love and appreciation for older or disabled adults
      • Patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic attitude
      • Willingness to maintain confidentiality
      • Respect for people of different backgrounds
      • Art or craft skill to share with residents
    • Duties:
      • Lead and assist groups of residents in various creative arts activities such as:
        • Painting
        • Sketching
        • Watercolors
        • Photography
        • Crafts
        • Creative Writing
        • Dance
        • Theater
      • Report time spent on volunteer service to Community Outreach Coordinator
    • Location of Duties:
      • Sharon Towers
    • Time Required:
      • 1 - 2 hours per visit. Will work with your schedule.
    • Training / Preparation:
      • Orientation and training provided by Community Outreach Coordinator
