    About Youth Economists Forum (YEF)

    Youth Economists Forum (YEF) is a youth-led organisation that brings together high school students interested in economics, public policy, and social impact. Our community is at the heart of YEF, and we aim to create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging space for young learners.

    Role Overview

    YEF is seeking organised and friendly High School Community & Membership Managers to support member engagement and community growth. This role is ideal for students who enjoy leadership, communication, and working with people, and who want experience in community building within a youth-led organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome new members and help them onboard into the YEF community
    • Assist with managing member lists, groups, and communication channels
    • Encourage participation in YEF activities, events, and discussions
    • Help organise virtual meetings, orientations, or community sessions
    • Support feedback collection from members to improve engagement
    • Maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive community environment

    Who Should Apply

    • Currently enrolled high school students (Grades 9–12 or equivalent)
    • Strong interest in leadership, community building, or youth engagement
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Organised, responsible, and collaborative
    • No prior management or leadership experience required
