    Description

    Outreach Coordinator

    The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Street outreach and Community Outreach. This includes scheduling Street Outreach Teams and making sure the teams have what they need to serve youth and young adults 24 and under. Street Outreach Volunteers are asked to walk a designated route one evening a week to find and help young people who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. The outreach coordinator also works within the community to establish collaborative relationships and reach more youth.

    The Outreach Coordinator works closely with volunteers and reports to the Chapter Director. Must have excellent communication skills and be organized and committed. Must observe teams and recommend and/or provide additional training as needed. Must be able to help with outreach as needed.
