    Who We Are

At Creshendo, we believe everyone deserves the chance to belong, rebuild, and rise. In partnership with displaced communities, we co-create solutions by listening deeply, collaborating intentionally, and centering lived experience.

Driven by integrity, empathy, and curiosity, we design bold, inclusive programs that reimagine what’s possible for displaced communities. If you’re passionate about challenging the status quo and driving meaningful change, you’ll feel right at home here.

    Why This Role Matters

Creshendo is launching a bold new podcast that shares powerful stories of migration, resilience, and community. As our Audio Editor/Producer, you’ll help shape the signature sound of our series—transforming raw interviews into moving, mission-aligned episodes that connect across cultures and platforms.

Your edits will bring emotional clarity and creative polish to each story, helping us reach wide audiences on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • You’ll edit and polish recorded interviews and raw audio materials into cohesive, engaging episodes
    • You'll add music, transitions, and sound design to craft a unique auditory identity for Creshendo
    • You'll adapt podcast content for short-form use on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
    • You'll collaborate with the Podcast Director and Creative Team to refine the pacing, tone, and structure
    • You'll maintain consistency across episodes while experimenting with style and storytelling techniques

    What You Bring

    • Experience with podcast or audio editing (personal, volunteer, or professional).
    • Proficiency in tools such as Audacity, Descript, Adobe Audition, or similar.
    • A strong ear for narrative flow, tone, and pacing.
    • Creative instincts and enthusiasm for shaping a show’s signature sound.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a passionate remote team.
    • Bonus: Familiarity with adapting audio for short-form video content.

    What You’ll Gain

Joining Creshendo as an Audio Editor/Producer means you’ll:

    • Help build a storytelling platform that amplifies displaced voices.
    • Develop a portfolio of impactful, purpose-driven audio content.
    • Collaborate with mission-driven creatives across continents.
    • Play a key role in shaping how global audiences experience stories of migration.

Even if you don’t tick every box—if you’re excited about meaningful audio storytelling, we’d love to hear from you.

    How We Work

We operate with a G.Y.S.T. mindset: clarity over chaos, consistency over perfection, action over ego.

If you’re someone who follows through, communicates clearly, and cares about craft—you’ll fit right in.
