    Description

Are you passionate about empowering ESL learners and strengthening program delivery? Join our team as a Part-Time Follow-Up Educator to ensure excellence in our hybrid training programs. You’ll audit key teacher submissions, track student progress, and help us demonstrate the impact of ESL skill-based training.

    What You’ll Do

      • Audit daily teacher entries in Salesforce (attendance, lessons learned, material references) and Google Classroom uploads
      • Ensure on-time submission of lesson plans, progress reports, and class-cancellation notices
      • Identify gaps (unexcused absences, missing grades, late lesson plans) and trigger timely follow-up
      • Coordinate attendance outreach and document interventions in our system
      • Conduct random spot checks of lesson delivery and gather quick student feedback
      • Aggregate KPI data (submission rates, response times, cancellation metrics) into a monthly dashboard
      • Support program evaluation by tracking student participation and progress across hybrid tracks
      • Collaborate on grant-writing efforts and recruit participants/volunteers for ESL hybrid programs

    Who You Are

      • Experienced educator or program coordinator (3+ years) with a track record in ESL or skills training
      • Familiar with Salesforce and Google Classroom (or willing to learn quickly)
      • Detail-oriented auditor who spots gaps and ensures follow-through
      • Strong communicator comfortable liaising with teachers, leadership, and families
      • Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, part-time role (10–15 hours/week)

    Why Join Us

      • Make a direct impact on underserved ESL learners
      • Flexible hours and remote-friendly work environment
      • Collaborative culture that values your insights and offers professional growth
      • Opportunity to shape program design, data-driven evaluation, and funding strategy
