    About Us:

    The Donovan’s Venom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on curating universal accessibility to fine arts and music education for all. We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to expand our reach continually and enrich the lives of those we serve.

    We’re looking for a Director of Project Management to join our growing team!

    What you’ll do:

    • Maintain and improve program management best practices, processes, and methodologies to optimize program performance and delivery
    • Evaluate and enhance project management processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements
    • Coordinate with various departments to allocate resources effectively and ensure project needs are met
    • Monitor program performance against key metrics and milestones, identifying risks and issues proactively and implementing mitigation strategies as needed

    What we’re looking for:

    • 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role, preferably in a leadership role
    • Experience in change management and implementing process improvements
    • Experience in coaching and developing project management professionals
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
    • Ability to clearly convey information, in both written and verbal formats, to individuals or groups
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure in a wide variety of settings
    • Ability to identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues effectively
    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
    • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable
