    Un-conditional Inc. is a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting teen moms and their children through advocacy, resource distribution, and community-centered events. Our H.E.L.P. Initiative focuses on connecting young families with essential support in four key areas:

    • Education for Parenting Teens & Affordable Quality Childcare
    • Life Skills
    • Parenting Best Practices

    Role Overview

    We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Resource Mapping Volunteer to help identify, organize, and document local and national resources that align with our H.E.L.P. pillars. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, believes in equitable access to support, and wants to make a tangible impact in the lives of teen parents and their children.

    Responsibilities

    • Research and compile resources related to health, education (college and childcare), life skills, and parenting support and best practices.
    • Organize findings into a clear, accessible format (e.g., spreadsheet, Google Docs, free app software, etc.)
    • Verify accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of each resource
    • Collaborate with our team to spot gaps and suggest new partnerships or outreach opportunities
    • Optional: Assist in creating an App, shareable directory or visual guide for families and volunteers

    Qualifications

    • Strong research and organizational skills
    • Passion for community empowerment and youth advocacy
    • Ability to work independently and meet flexible deadlines
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools
    • Bonus: Experience in social services, education, or nonprofit work
