    Description

Enterprise for Youth is a San Francisco-based nonprofit that empowers under-resourced youth to reach their full potential through job readiness training, paid internships, career exploration, and personal mentorship. Our programs provide deep, hands-on engagement with youth from low-income and underrepresented communities, helping them overcome institutional barriers and access meaningful career opportunities. Since 1969, Enterprise for Youth has empowered more than 20,000 under-resourced youth and opened doors to brighter futures.

We believe that all young people deserve equitable access to meaningful work experiences and supportive networks as they navigate their path toward adulthood and professional success.
