Social Media Volunteer (Remote)

Help ZEF Global tell stories that move people to act. We’ve supported 691 students in Pakistan under the Salma & Aziz Foundation and delivered clean, cold water, school supplies, and mentorship opportunities. Your skills will turn awareness into real-world impact for education, clean water, and livelihoods.

What you’ll do (3–5 hrs/week

• Build and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using our content calendar (Meta Business Suite + LinkedIn).
• Write scroll-stopping captions, trim short videos/Reels, and create simple graphics in Canva (templates provided).
• Research hashtags, optimize posts for reach/saves, and reply to comments/messages with care.
• Track performance (reach, saves, shares, follows) and suggest quick improvements weekly.
• Ensure accessibility and safety: alt text, high-contrast text, and privacy-first content (no identifiable minors).

You’re a great fit if you

• Have 6+ months experience managing social accounts (personal, campus, or nonprofit) and can show samples.
• Know Canva (or Figma), basic short-form editing (CapCut or equivalent), and simple analytics.
• Write clearly and compassionately; organized, reliable, and collaborative.
• Bonus: experience with humanitarian, education, WASH, or agriculture topics.

• Location: Remote (global). Asynchronous with 1 brief check-in per week.
