    FIRE STEM is a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit empowering underrepresented students through hands-on STEM programs. We’re looking for organized and motivated adults to support our mission behind the scenes. You’ll help shape programs, build partnerships, and keep operations running smoothly.

    Open Volunteer Roles:

    Leadership Team:

    • Programs & Initiatives Lead
    • Volunteer Coordinator
    • NSBE Jr. Liaison

    Finance Committee:

    • Budget Manager
    • Fundraising Coordinator
    • Grant Writers/Researchers

    Event Planning & Community Engagement:

    • Event Coordinator
    • Guest Speaker Liaison
    • Mentor/Field Trip Organizer

    Telecommunications Team:

    • Communications Lead
    • Media Coordinator
    • Social Media Manager

    What You’ll Need:

    • Passion for youth/STEM equity
    • Ability to communicate, collaborate, and organize
    • Comfortable working in a remote volunteer team
