    Description

Chapter Lead - Youth Leadership Role

    Opportunity Description:

Constillate is a youth-led nonprofit focused on uplifting immigrant and underserved youth through free tutoring, donation drives, and community-based programming. We’re expanding across the U.S., and we’re looking for passionate, motivated students to start or lead Constillate chapters in their school, city, or state.

As a chapter leader, you will receive direct support from our national team, including toolkits, training, templates, and mentorship. No prior experience is required - just a desire to serve, lead, and grow.

This is a great opportunity for high school and college students who want to gain leadership experience, build community impact, and be part of a national movement.

    Available Leadership Roles & Descriptions:Chapter President (1)

The Chapter President oversees all chapter operations. They coordinate leadership meetings, assign tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and serve as the primary liaison between the chapter and the national team. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    Chapter Vice President (1)

The Vice President supports the Chapter President and helps manage internal logistics. They may oversee specific projects, step in during the President’s absence, and help ensure communication flows smoothly within the team.

    Secretary (1)

The Secretary keeps the chapter organized by documenting meeting notes, tracking attendance, managing schedules and deadlines, and handling internal communications such as email follow-ups and reminders.

    Outreach & Engagement Lead (1)

This leader focuses on expanding the chapter’s impact. They build relationships with local schools, libraries, youth centers, and community partners. They also lead volunteer recruitment, manage outreach emails, and represent Constillate in community spaces.

    Treasurer (1)

The Treasurer is responsible for tracking donations, budgeting for events, and maintaining accurate records of the chapter’s financial activity. This includes fundraising planning, expense tracking, and donation reporting.

    Social Media Manager (1)

The Social Media Manager runs the chapter’s Instagram (or other platforms), creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and promoting events. They ensure the chapter's digital presence aligns with Constillate’s brand and mission.

    Event Coordinator (2)

The Event Coordinator plans and organizes chapter events such as donation drives, community sessions, info meetings, and fundraisers. They handle logistics, timelines, and volunteer coordination for successful programming.
