    Volunteer Opportunity: Human Resources Admin

    Are you committed to making a difference and passionate about supporting others? We are seeking a volunteer Human Resources Admin to join our team! This vital role will help us accurately capture and report volunteer hours, allowing us to measure the impact our organization is making in the community and support important grant applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and collect monthly volunteer hour reports from our volunteers and staff.
    • Maintain spreadsheets or online databases to track volunteer hours accurately.
    • Support other Human Resources administrative projects, which may include updating policy documents, assisting with onboarding materials, or helping organize training sessions.
    • Manage our Mascot email account ("Chipa"), providing wellness advice, responding to inquiries, and ensuring positive, helpful communication.
    • Collaborate with the HR and volunteer coordination teams to support various program needs as they arise.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Basic understanding of administrative processes; previous HR experience is an asset, but not required.
    • Good communication skills-both written and verbal.
    • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel) and email management.
    • Empathetic, friendly, and professional demeanor, especially when managing wellness-related communications.

    Time Commitment:
