WordPress Website Developer & Webmaster (Part-Time)

COHAP Outreach Corporation is seeking a skilled and passionate WordPress Developer/Webmaster to assist with the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our nonprofit organization's website. As a volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in helping us showcase our mission, events, and impact ensuring our digital presence remains fresh, functional, and inspiring.

We proudly serve vulnerable communities including military veterans experiencing homelessness, aged-out foster care young adults, formerly incarcerated individuals, and victims of domestic violence. Your tech talent can help bring hope and visibility to their stories.

Responsibilities:

Perform minor updates and improvements to the website

Upload and organize new photo gallery content

Add and manage newsletters and blog posts

Maintain website plugins and ensure site security

Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise

Support with occasional layout/content updates as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience with WordPress (front-end and back-end)

Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and media file management

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

A creative eye for layout and presentation is a plus

Passion for community service and supporting nonprofit missions
