Have you got what it takes to be HOOP's new Fundraising and Assistant? We're looking for a dynamic volunteer to help us in developing and implementing fundraising campaigns, researching and writing grant proposals, managing and organizing fundraising events, liaising with current and former volunteers, and maintaining relations with donors.
You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the role, prioritize your workload, maintain good relations with others, and work to tight deadlines. HOW TO APPLY

Responsibilities:
- Analyse project budgets and identify funding needs.
- Establish local and international fundraising strategies.
- Help create compelling fundraising materials, such as donation appeals and impact reports.
- Apply for local and international funds (Grants).
- Identify, attract and establish relationships with potential donors, corporations, foundations.
Desired skills:
- Graduates or Bachelor's degree, preferably from careers such as: Administration, Commercial Engineering, Economics, Social Work or International Business.
- Advanced English level (oral and written).
- Great communication skills (oral and written).
- Proficiency in Office and Google Workspace (Excel/Spreadsheets advanced level).
- Previous experience in Fundraising is a plus!

- Organized and reliable, with good time management.
- Creative and resourceful to be able to work in a development environment and make best use of HOOP’s resources.
- Flexible and responsive to the frequently changing needs of the organization and community.
