We are seeking a dedicated Fundraiser Coordinator Volunteer to support our mission of inspiring health and strengthening community across Tampa Bay. This volunteer will help drive the growth of our wellness programs by supporting key fundraising efforts, building community partnerships, and helping secure the resources needed to sustain our impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing fundraising events and annual giving campaigns
- Research potential donors, sponsors, community partners, and grant opportunities
- Support outreach to donors through emails, phone calls, and thank you letters
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create fundraising materials and social media content
- Maintain accurate records using simple donor tracking tools
- Attend team meetings and contribute creative ideas for fundraising initiatives
- Support post event follow up including donor acknowledgment and impact updates
- Identify and connect the organization with potential funders, wellness partners, and community supporters
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, public relations, business administration, public health, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media
- Passion for community wellness, health equity, and nonprofit service
- Able to work independently and demonstrate reliability

Experience in fundraising, outreach, donor engagement, or community partnerships is helpful but not required.
