    We are looking for detail-oriented volunteers to provide constructive feedback on resumes submitted by students and early-career professionals. Your insights will help individuals strengthen their resumes, improve their job or volunteer applications, and gain confidence in presenting themselves professionally.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review resumes submitted through Skill Sprout.
    • Provide clear, actionable feedback on formatting, content, and clarity.
    • Offer tips on improving overall presentation and alignment with specific opportunities.
    • Draft rough edits of their resume with applied feedback.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all submitted documents.
