Powered By Love is at a pivotal turning point. To support this growth, our digital home, poweredbylove.org needs a complete professional transformation. We are looking for a visionary designer to take the lead in redesigning our website to reflect our 2026 goals and serve as the launchpad for our new initiatives.

The Project: A Total Digital Redesign

We need more than just updates; we need a digital architect. You will take ownership of the visual and structural redesign of poweredbylove.org. Your work will directly impact our ability to secure funding, engage donors, and provide essential services to our community.

Your primary focus will include:

• Visual Identity: Overhauling the aesthetic to create a modern, professional, and trustworthy brand experience.
• User Experience (UX): Streamlining the navigation so visitors can easily understand our mission, access our 127 items for those in need, and engage with our six program campaigns.
• Mobile Optimization: Ensuring the site is fully responsive and high-performing on all devices.
• Strategic SEO: Implementing a foundation for SEO and AI-driven search results to increase our visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Redesign: Execute the end-to-end design process using the Divi Builder or other recommend program (including custom CSS/styling as needed).
• Architecture Planning: Review and reorganize the current site map to better serve our growing list of campaigns and services.
• Conversion Optimization: Design pages specifically intended to drive donor engagement and nonprofit memberships.
• Content Migration: Work with our team to ensure existing impact stories and mission-critical data are beautifully integrated into the new design.

Who You Are

• You are an expert in WordPress, Divi Builder, or other design program.
• You have a portfolio demonstrating your ability to lead full-site redesigns or major digital overhauls.
• You understand that great design is about results, helping a nonprofit reach its business and mission goals.
• You are looking for a high-impact role where your expertise will be a foundational part of our success.

Growth Pathway & Future Compensation

This is currently a foundational volunteer role. However, Powered By Love is actively pursuing capacity-building grants and revenue through our upcoming membership model. We are seeking a long-term partner who wants to be first in line for a paid position (Stipend/Part-time/Full-time) as we hit our 2026 funding milestones. You won't just be fixing a site; you will be building the engine that makes our 2026 vision possible.
