2025 Annual JADV Toy & Gift Distribution Event 12/20/2025

Hello JADV a 501C3 was established to offer a little Joy to Domestic Violence Survivors during the Christmas Season.

We serve Moms survivors of domestic violence intimate partner violence, black brown moms who are from the South Central Los Angeles area. These particular communities are disadvantaged and under-served. During these difficult times our help is desperately needed.

We are seeking patient, culturally sensitive, diverse, passionate, hardworking volunteers.

We need volunteers to help set up toy tables per age group, we will have tables for each specific age group. Volunteers will help set up and monitor items, hand out toys, clothes giveaways, registered attendee check in - check out, and assist all attendees as they enter the outdoor event in limited numbers. You will also help with break down and clean up.

Selected Volunteers will be contacted with the exact event location and liability waiver.

The event location will be held in the Historic South Central Los Angeles area..

Before the event begins Coffee and Bagels are provided for Volunteers.

Note: If you are a DV survivor looking for Xmas gifts please email organizers for guidelines, do not sign up here. This recruitment is for the event Volunteers only not attendees.
