    Description

    Volunteer Opportunity: Red Cross Bilingual Tour Guide

    Organization: American Red Cross – Communications

    Location: In-person

    🌟 As a vital member of the Archives team, you will serve as a front line ambassador for the organization’s history, values, and mission. This role centers on delivering engaging, informative, and culturally inclusive tours of the Archives to a diverse range of visitors.

    📄To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation and communication
    • Demonstrated interest in history, archival work, or cultural heritage
    • Fluency in Spanish - English including reading, writing, speaking-to support bilingual tours
    • Willingness to comply with current public health and American Red Cross policies
    • Availability: Must be available at least one day per week-either Wednesday or Friday-during traditional business hours. Public tours are conducted at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM
