Eroica Concert 4/4-Symphony Volunteers

Beethoven’s Eroica Symphony is a work of defiance and triumph that forever changed Western music, shattering the boundaries of symphonic music and revolutionizing the world of musical possibilities. We are thrilled to welcome Aubree Oliverson back to our stage after her enormously popular debut with the Springfield Symphony for Tchaikovsky’s virtuosic, passionate, and beguiling Violin Concerto. Our audiences fell in love with Aubree in 2025, and no one will want to miss another chance to see this spectacular rising star back on stage at Hammons!

The Symphony will need volunteers to help with the following:

• Taking pictures for Springfield Symphony attendees at our step-and repeat photo opportunity
• Setting up food and drink at intermission reception for VIP donors and sponsors
• Attending marketing tables pre-concert
• Tearing down marketing signage
• Assisting staff members with additional concert needs

All volunteers should arrive by 5:00pm. Volunteering will last until roughly 10:00pm. If you have any questions or concerns prior to volunteering, feel free to reach out to the Springfield Symphony Patron & Events Manager at events@springfieldmosymphony.org.
