Role: WordPress Developer & Website Manager (Volunteer)

We are seeking a committed volunteer with strong WordPress skills to help manage and grow the CFP website. You will take ownership of our online presence, ensuring that our content, especially our resource page, is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our mission and brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and optimize the CFP WordPress website.
• Maintain and regularly update the resource page with new tools, articles, opportunities, and project information.
• Ensure website content is well-organized, visually consistent, and easy to navigate.
• Implement basic design/layout changes using themes, plugins, and page builders.
• Monitor site performance, usability, and security best practices (with support where needed).
• Collaborate with the CFP team to translate project needs into clear website content and layouts.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with WordPress (themes, plugins, basic configuration).
• Comfort with updating pages, menus, and media content.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, design sense, and user experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own tasks, and meet agreed timelines.
• Alignment with CFP’s mission and comfort working within an Islamic values-based context.
