    Description

    Online Training Coordinator-Partnership Development

    The Online Training Coordinator for Partnership Development will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing digital training resources for supported missionaries. This person will collaborate with the PD team to ensure missionaries are equipped with the tools, content, and support they need to effectively raise and sustain ministry partnerships.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with PD leadership to design a digital curriculum for training in fundraising and ministry partnership.
    • Create and manage online training modules using platforms such as Google Classroom, Thinkific, Teachable, or similar.
    • Convert in-person PD materials into engaging, accessible online formats (video, slides, downloadable worksheets, etc.).
    • Track participant engagement and progress; offer technical or strategic support as needed.
    • Coordinate with content creators, video editors, or designers to develop high-quality resources.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules through feedback, assessments, and user metrics.
    • Provide ongoing updates and improvements to content based on new tools, trends, and feedback.
    • Serve as a liaison between PD staff, missionaries, and communications/media teams.

    Position Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Experience in online learning platforms or digital curriculum development.
    • Familiarity with fundraising or missions support-raising is a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools (Google Suite, Canva, video editing tools, LMS platforms).
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Background in missions, ministry, or nonprofit training.
    • Experience with instructional design or adult learning principles.
    • Comfortable offering tech support and guidance to missionaries new to digital tools.
    • A deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus that includes your personal spiritual growth and the ability to support others in their spiritual growth.
