Community Project Manager(Volunteer)

Your Role

We are looking for a passionate people-person to grow and nurture our ROTAGIF community—connecting students, volunteers, and supporters to create a thriving, supportive space.

You will:

• Grow & engage our online community
• Recruit, onboard, and support volunteers
• Organize virtual workshops & events
• Foster inclusive discussions and peer learning
• Celebrate community wins and milestones

You are:

• A natural connector & empathetic communicator
• Starter Mentality - You don't wait for instructions; you see what needs doing and do it
• Experienced in community building or volunteer coordination
• Organized, proactive, and reliable
• Passionate about education and empowerment

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with Slack, or similar platforms
• Event planning or youth outreach background
• Understanding of inclusive community practices

Important Note: This is a Remote volunteer position.

Selected candidates must have their own laptop and internet access, and be prepared to work consistently within their committed schedule.
