The Challenge You Help Reverse

In rural, dryland, and slum regions of Kenya and Uganda, thousands of young people are cut off from opportunities that could change their lives.

• Education Gap: Three out of five students from low-income families cannot afford school fees, books, or even daily meals. Every year, many are forced to drop out of school, their dreams cut short and their communities weakened.
• Digital Skills Gap: Without access to computer labs, STEM training, or online jobs, young people remain excluded from the modern workforce, trapped in poverty, and unable to compete in today’s digital economy.

But there is hope. Civicom Aid’s Youth Pathway Program provides STEM training, scholarships, mentorship, and life skills, helping youth gain education, confidence, and pathways to jobs and entrepreneurship.

Your Role as a Partnerships Ambassador

As a Partnerships Ambassador for Youth, you will be the bridge connecting this program with supporters who can fund and equip it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential partners: corporations, foundations, agencies, nonprofits, businesses, faith groups, and individuals.
• Build and maintain accurate contact lists of supporters.
• Connect donors with Civicom Aid to secure funds, computers, projectors, printers, whiteboards, and volunteer trainers.
