    Description

    As a Community Outreach Coordinator Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in spreading awareness about our programs and initiatives within the community. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Engaging with local schools, community centers, and youth organizations to promote our programs and recruit participants.
    • Collaborating with community leaders, businesses, and other organizations to establish partnerships and support for our mission.
    • Organizing and attending outreach events, workshops, and informational sessions to connect with potential participants and volunteers.
    • Assisting with social media outreach efforts to increase our online presence and reach a wider audience.
    • Providing support to program coordinators and volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of our empowerment programs.

    Volunteers play a vital role in empowering, educating, and inspiring young women across Baltimore. Please review our process to get started:

    1. Complete the Volunteer Questionnaire: Share your background, skills, and interests so we can match you with the right opportunity.
    2. Submit Required Documents: Upload or email your resume, a short bio, and a recent headshot.
    3. Attend Volunteer Onboarding: All volunteers must attend an orientation session to learn about our mission, programs, and expectations.
    4. Background Check: A background check is required for volunteers who will be working directly with youth.
    5. Commitment: Volunteers are asked to commit to the agreed-upon schedule (typically 2–3 hours weekly or biweekly) for the duration of the program cycle.
    6. Engage and Empower: Come ready to inspire and be inspired! We encourage creativity, consistency, and compassion in every interaction with our participants.
