Are you passionate about fitness and eager to make a positive impact on the lives of others? Here's an incredible volunteer opportunity for you! Share your love for fitness by assisting members of our Adult Day Training program with exercise routines like yoga, stretching, and walking. Together, we can create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can stay active and healthy. As a fitness volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to make new friends while helping our members prepare for exciting adaptive sports events. Your experience in teaching and facilitating exercise activities will be invaluable in guiding and motivating our participants. Commit just 1 hour per week and join us Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 12 pm or 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm in Green Cove Springs. Your dedication and enthusiasm will inspire others to embrace an active lifestyle and improve their overall well-being. Must be at least 18 years of age.
