Videographer and Photographer

The selected videographer will capture high-quality photo images and video throughout the event, including candid moments of community engagement, educational activities, health screenings, and interactions among attendees, exhibitors, and healthcare professionals. These visuals will be used to document the impact of the event and support future outreach, reporting, and educational efforts.

In exchange for in-kind or discounted services, the videographer will receive meaningful professional exposure to a diverse audience that includes healthcare providers, nonprofit leaders, community organizations, and local partners. The Foundation will provide public credit and acknowledgment across its website, newsletters, social media platforms, and event materials, along with portfolio-ready content that highlights socially impactful work. Additional benefits include networking opportunities with potential future clients and collaborators, a formal letter of appreciation and documentation recognizing the in-kind contribution for professional or tax purposes (for expenses incurred while volunteering, and consideration for ongoing collaboration on future Foundation-led health initiatives and events.
