    Description

    Assist with our recruitment and hiring processes for program participants, job candidates, and workshop contributors. You will help screen applicants, review résumés, schedule and conduct preliminary interviews, and document key insights to support final hiring decisions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review incoming applications and identify candidates who meet role requirements.
    • Conduct initial interviews (virtual) using structured questions.
    • Take clear notes and provide recommendations to managers.
    • Follow ethical and inclusive hiring practices.
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Interest in HR, inclusive hiring, or workforce development.
    • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple applicants.
    • Prior experience with interviewing is helpful but not required.

    Time Commitment: 3–6 hours per week, flexible scheduling, ideal for the motivated individual
