    Come Volunteer at WELD!

    WELD is a nonprofit dedicated to stabilize and empower formerly incarcerated individuals with housing, employment, and reentry services. Our programs focus on purpose, belonging, accountability, and hope!

    We’re currently seeking volunteers of all backgrounds to join us here at WELD . Whether you’re passionate about storytelling, career development, community building, or simply lending a helping hand during an event, there’s a role for you.

    Volunteers have recently contributed in areas such as:

    • Event-day support (check-ins, logistics, set-up/clean-up)
    • Resume and job search coaching (e.g. helping with master resumes or tailoring them for specific roles)
    • Content creation (video editing, photography, or organizing media stories)
    • Administrative or outreach assistance
    • And more — if you have a skill, we’d love to find a way to use it!

    We offer flexible time commitments from just a few hours a month to single-day roles and will work with your schedule and talents to find the right fit.
