    Description

    Triage Cancer is seeking volunteer attorneys who are passionate about helping individuals that have been impacted by a cancer diagnosis deal with legal issues. Individuals contact our Legal & Financial Navigation Program with a wide variety of questions.

    Some of the topics we’re asked about include:

    • Health insurance
    • Employment law
    • Employee benefits
    • Disability & life insurance
    • Family law
    • Estate planning
    • Tax law
    • Immigration
    • Consumer law
    • Public benefits
    • Real estate/landlord-tenant law

    While our team is able to answer most of our callers’ questions, we do not provide legal representation and we don’t always have expertise in a particular subject or in a particular jurisdiction.
